1.How to compose a message?
- On the top right corner of the platform you can see the message sign being displayed.
- After selecting "COMPOSE MESSAGE" you get the access of sending the message.
- You need to select the tenant or property manager whom you want to send the message after which when you select "SEND MESSAGE", the message gets sent to the added tenants.
2.How to message or contact a service vendor?
- The details of the service vendors are already available on the platform, you can use the details to message or call the verified service vendor offline.
3.How to check a received message?
- On the top right corner of the platform you can see the message sign being displayed.
- On the middle of the page you get the heading being displayed as "ALL".
- When you select the option you can get to know about the status of the message.
4.How to check an archive message?
- On the top right corner of the platform you can see the message sign being displayed.
- On the middle of the page you get the heading being displayed as "ARCHIVE".
- When you select the archive you get to see all the archived messages.
