1.How to add a task?

  • On the left side of the portal there is an option of "TO DO LISTS", click on it and you will be redirected to the task management module in the application.

  • Select the option of adding a task.

  • Fill out the details like the task name, select the property against the task,and add a due date for this task.

  • Select the type and category of this task with its priority level.
  • Add any notes or photos with regard to doing this task.

  • You also have a feature to remind you of the task on a recurring or periodic basis

2.How to edit or delete a task?

  • On the left side of the portal there is an option of "TO DO LISTS".

  • When you scroll down, you see the added tasks in the portal.

  • You get the option of editing the priority of the tasks according to whenever you want the tasks to get resolved.
  • The status of the tasks can also be updated accordingly.

  • The option of deleting the task is not present in the portal as it is easy to track the tasks if present in the portal. So you can accordingly change the priority.

3.How to change the current status of the task?

  • On the left side of the portal there is an option of "TO DO LISTS".

  • When you scroll down, you see the added tasks in the portal.

  • The status of the tasks can also be updated accordingly

  • You have the option of cancelling the task, putting it as pending or resolved and even can put it as the task is in progress.

4.Where are the completed tasks?

  • On the left side of the portal there is an option of "TO DO LISTS"

  • When you scroll down, you see the added tasks in the portal.
  • Just below the search bar there is a option of quick action, below which you can filter the tasks according to nature.

  • Click on completed tasks, all those tasks which have been completed will be filtered separately.

5.How can I filter my tasks ?

  • Just below the search bar there is a option of quick action, below which you can filter the tasks according to nature.

6.How do I set a task reminder?

  • While adding a task the owner gets an option of "ADD REMINDER".

  • The owner can set the due date and also they can set the reminder, so the owner gets a notification one day before the due date.

7.How do I know the current position of all my tasks?

  • On the left side of the portal there is an option of "TO DO LISTS".

  • When you scroll down, you see the added tasks in the portal.
  • On the status column of the page you have the option of checking the status of the tasks i.e. if the task is cancelled, pending, resolved or the task is in progress.
