1.How to manage my profile?

  • At the extreme right corner you have the MY PROFILE icon.

  • .MY PROFILE consists of Profile,Preferences,Roles and Subscription

  • In the profile section, you can see all your basic details such as email id, number and address.
  • The Preferences section in the profile, includes your customisation and billing details.

  • Another tab is the Role section, allows you to add an employee or property manager allowing accessibility for your property.

  • Last section in the profile is Subscription, here you can manage your existing subscription and upgrade it for premium services.

2.How can I delete my Account?

  • At the extreme right corner you get the option of managing your profile.

  • After clicking the delete option you get the access of terminating your account with Ownerstown.

3.How to add, edit or delete an employee/Property manager.

  • The moment you click on your profile and from the "ROLE" option assign a manager.

  • When the manager uses his credentials to login as a property manager from the login page
  • At the extreme right corner your manager gets the option of managing his/her profile.
  • After clicking the delete option he/she gets the access of terminating his/her account with Ownerstown.

4.How to check or upgrade my subscription?

  • At the extreme right corner you get the option of managing your profile.

  • Click "UPGRADE", you get the option of upgrading your subscription allowing you to get access to premium services.

5.What are there payment options I can use.?

  • You get the option of choosing the mode of payment through either of these options available- Debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI merchants.

6.Can I pay in cash for your services?

  • No we do not encourage cash payments, however, we provide the option of multiple modes of payment through either of these options available- Debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI Merchants.

7.How do I add, edit or delete my billing details ?

  • Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of your screen.

  • Select the PREFERENCES tab allowing to add the billing details of the owner.

  • After the billing details are added a profile gets displayed with the initials of the name.

  • For editing or deleting you can click on the top right corner of that profile, where you’ll see the three dots, it will give you an option to edit or delete the billing details.

8.How do I change my language?

  • For now we only have English as the prior language for our platform. Our team is working towards multi-language and will soon be updated on the platform.
